Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 6+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis or Commercial Finance experience at global publicly traded companies
- Advanced financial modelling and scenario planning skills
- Expert Excel proficiency
- Experience communicating financial insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Familiarity with Tier 1 ERP platforms (SAP or Oracle) and EPM systems
Nice to have
- Master's degree, MBA, or professional finance qualification
- Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals
