Experience leading strategy across multiple teams without direct authority
Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry SDKs, OTLP, Collector pipelines, and semantic conventions

Understanding of Kubernetes, VMs, and public cloud deployment challenges
Ability to turn complex onboarding and troubleshooting workflows into clear product experiences
