Required

  • 5+ years product management in developer tools, observability, infrastructure, or technical B2B
  • Experience leading strategy across multiple teams without direct authority
  • Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry SDKs, OTLP, Collector pipelines, and semantic conventions
  • Experience with instrumentation systems, agents, or telemetry collectors
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, VMs, and public cloud deployment challenges
  • Ability to turn complex onboarding and troubleshooting workflows into clear product experiences

Nice to have

  • Contributions to OpenTelemetry or open source observability ecosystem

  • Track record building product-led onboarding or telemetry-health experiences at scale
