- 5+ years commercial insurance company, agency, or brokerage experience
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Advanced knowledge of Workers' Compensation, Auto Liability, and General Liability products, forms, and regulatory environments
- Proven sales, marketing, and relationship-building experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
