Required

  • 7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Significant technical recruiting in technology company or high-growth startup
  • Experience recruiting Engineering, Data Science, Product, business, or GTM roles
  • Success recruiting both individual contributors and people leaders through Director level
  • Ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders with market insight and communication
  • Strong sourcing, pipeline development, candidate assessment, and closing skills
  • Data-driven approach using funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes
  • Fluency with AI tools and workflows
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading other recruiters or sourcers
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and operational discipline
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and confidentiality
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and U.S. residency
  • Willingness to travel approximately six times per year

  • Based in Austin and willing to work regularly from office
