What they ask for

Required

  • 10+ years leading operational transformations in Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or finance operations at high-growth SaaS/technology companies
  • Expert understanding of process design, cross-functional project management, and scaling systems with AI automation
  • Quote-to-cash process expertise for SaaS covering subscription and consumption-based business models
  • Experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, and ERP systems
  • Proven track record leading large-scale strategic and automation initiatives end-to-end
  • Experience building and developing operations teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field

Nice to have

  • Project Management certification (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Experience with both B2C and B2B customers, especially consumption-based and subscription billing through collections
  • Go-to-market, deal desk, and revenue operations background
  • Experience designing processes with robust internal controls and segregation of duties frameworks
  • Understanding of AI industry business models and enterprise customer needs
