  • 8+ years of engineering experience in a development environment
  • 6+ years of data science experience with emphasis on NLP and ML in production-oriented settings
  • 3+ years of practical experience with open-source LLMs including prompt engineering and fine-tuning
  • 3+ years building generative AI solutions including RAG frameworks and monitoring
  • Multiple GenAI, analytical, or ML projects delivered to production
  • Expert-level Python proficiency
  • Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on technical leadership mindset

Nice to have

  • Palantir platform experience or certification
  • Strong understanding of ontology and digital twin frameworks
  • Experience with large-scale data infrastructure and performance optimization
  • Experience implementing agentic architectures and autonomous agents
