- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and consistent packaging quality
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Effective communication for reporting issues
- Adherence to safety protocols
- Able to repeatedly use both hands
- Able to pull and lift up to 25 lbs daily
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout shift
