What they ask for
Required
- 2nd shift availability (10:30am–9:00pm MDT, Monday–Thursday)
- Basic mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow manufacturing documentation
- Understanding of explosives safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to obtain state and federal explosives licenses
- At least 21 years old
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in high-hazard explosive manufacturing environment
- Willing to wear PPE including flame-resistant clothing and comply with end-of-day showering requirements
Nice to have
- 1–3 years of manufacturing, chemical processing, or energetics experience
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or six sigma methodologies
- DoD Explosives Safety training or equivalent
