Required
- Passed at least one room-specific practical exam after training
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic equipment troubleshooting
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic software
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift and lower up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and repetitive motions
- Work in hot (60°F–100°F), cold (-20°F–60°F), noisy, dusty, or wet environments
- Work at heights above 6 feet
- Work around allergens and chemicals
Nice to have
- Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance principles knowledge
- HACCP and GMP standards familiarity
- Equipment HMI experience
- Forklift certification
- English proficiency in reading, writing, and communication
- 1+ years food production or manufacturing experience
