- 3+ years hands-on operational experience in office operations, property management, event management, or customer service
- Independently identify and resolve physical and administrative problems with durable, scalable solutions
- Ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly for providers and patients
- Strong written and verbal communication to clear roadblocks and align stakeholders
- Serve as primary local point of contact for therapists, resolving issues empathetically
- Collaborate with internal teams including Support, Marketing, and Provider Success
- Proficiency in Google Sheets with basic data visualization
- Quickly master proprietary software and operational tools
- Reside in SF Bay Area with reliable commute to four clinic locations
- Ability to work in-office up to 5 days per week across multiple sites
- Willingness to travel up to 75% for new clinic launches outside Northern California
