- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 7+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience
- 1-2 years managing engineering teams
- Expert SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM proficiency
- Deep knowledge of metals, fabrication materials, and manufacturing methods
- First-principles problem-solving approach to design and analysis
- Knowledge of building codes, energy codes, and UL listings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Participation in drug and alcohol program (safety-sensitive facility)
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
