Required
- Juris Doctor from accredited U.S. law school
- Active law license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 15+ years legal experience in financial services
- Significant experience advising financial institutions or asset servicing organizations
- Deep understanding of asset servicing products and operating models
- Ability to advise on legal, regulatory, operational, and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience with enterprise-wide product strategy and operating model initiatives
