Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in rights & clearances or archival producing
- Foundational understanding of third-party rights, licensing, and clearances
- Research and acquisition of third-party materials
- License and permissions negotiation
- Record keeping and documentation
- Internal rights tracking systems
Nice to have
- Post-production or archival environment experience
- AirTable or similar database systems
- EDL navigation and interpretation
- Negotiation experience with major archives and stock agencies
