What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years aerospace precision metal fabrication experience
- Experience with sheet metal assemblies and welding
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Ability to work second shift and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to stoop, bend, crawl and maneuver in tight spaces
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status (ITAR requirement)
Nice to have
- TIG welding experience
- MIG welding experience
- Laser welding experience
- Experience with stainless steel or nickel welding
- Creative problem-solving for non-standard fitments
