Required
- 8+ years progressive production management experience in design/build manufacturing
- 4+ years in a management role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Deep understanding of Build to Order and Configure to Order processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Smartsheet, and Google software suite
- Proven team leadership in dynamic environments
- Pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
Nice to have
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with ISO 9001, UL 508A/891/1008, NEMA, and NEC compliance standards
- Proven experience in start-up or greenfield manufacturing environment
- Experience manufacturing power distribution equipment and switchgear
- Expertise in process automation, robotics, machine vision, or AI-based automation
- Experience with multi-site production management and advanced capacity planning tools
