Required

  • 8+ years progressive production management experience in design/build manufacturing
  • 4+ years in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent)
  • Expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Deep understanding of Build to Order (BTO) and Configure to Order (CTO) manufacturing
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Smartsheet, and Google software suite
  • Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
  • Safety-sensitive position clearance

Nice to have

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Experience with ISO 9001, UL 508A/UL 891/UL1008, NEMA, and NEC compliance standards
  • Greenfield or startup manufacturing environment experience
  • Power distribution equipment and switchgear manufacturing experience
  • Process automation, robotics, machine vision, or AI-based automation expertise
  • Multi-site production management and advanced capacity planning experience
