Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related technical discipline
Minimum 7 years in aerospace and/or construction including field engineering and project management
Experience with design documentation, construction drawings, bid solicitation, contractor selection, and construction management
Project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling experience
Knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, and MEPF systems
Understanding of standard construction procedures and means and methods
Proficiency with CAD software such as NX or AutoCAD
Experience with development permitting and coordination with government agencies
Ability to obtain US government security clearance
