Required
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 7 years in aerospace and/or construction including field engineering and project management
- Experience with design documentation, construction drawings, bid solicitation, contractor selection, and construction management
- Project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling experience
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, and MEPF systems
- Understanding of standard construction procedures and means and methods
- Proficiency with CAD software such as NX or AutoCAD
- Experience with development permitting and coordination with government agencies
- Ability to obtain US government security clearance
