Required
- 3+ years managing a lab, secure operations area, IT data center, or controlled-access environment
- Security-conscious mindset with experience enforcing access-control and information-security rules
- Computer literacy: Windows and/or Linux workstations, identity tooling, basic networking
- Experience supervising and training hourly or part-time workforce
- Ability to work on-site in Midland, TX
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting computer vision, machine learning, or data-labeling operations
- Familiarity with image-labeling tools such as CVAT, Labelbox, or Scale
- Experience administering GPU workstations or servers
- Background in aerospace, defense, or ITAR/export-controlled environments
- Experience with badge access systems and facility access auditing
- Familiarity with manufacturing quality processes, Automated Optical Inspection, or visual inspection workflows
- IT, cybersecurity, networking, or facility security coursework or certifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree
