- 7+ years in big-data analytics roles
- 2+ years of project leadership in healthcare
- Statistical analysis and modeling with SQL and Python
- Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminology, and clinical workflows
- Experience with medical claims, pharmacy, and eligibility data
- Dashboard and BI tool development such as Tableau
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or quantitative discipline (Epidemiology, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Health Informatics, Public Health, or related)
