Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical field
- 5+ years hardware quality assurance or quality engineering experience
- Experience with PCBAs and electromechanical products in manufacturing
- Root cause analysis and corrective action methodology knowledge
- Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs
- Quality data analysis and process improvement experience
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. personnel security clearance
Nice to have
- ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent quality management system experience
- Contract manufacturer and supplier quality program experience
- SolidWorks and mechanical drawing familiarity
- First article inspection and nonconforming material management experience
- IPC certification or IPC workmanship standards knowledge
