- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of finance experience
- Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate asset management, portfolio operations, or related exposure
- Advanced Excel skills including data modelling and analysis
- Knowledge of lending instruments, legal documents, and deal structures
- Ability to work cross-functionally across technical, legal, construction, and financial teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel for site visits and portfolio company meetings
Nice to have
- Commercial real estate investment or transaction experience
- Experience at an alternative investment fund manager or similar
- Public accounting or financial services background
- Demonstrated initiative communicating across multiple organizational levels
