- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years in training, field sales, clinical or technical roles in medical device or healthcare
- Experience with robotic assisted surgery or equivalent healthcare technologies
- Clinical or operating room experience
- Technical product and procedure training delivery experience
- Design and delivery of technical education using blended learning
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Nice to have
- Surgical robotics or advanced surgical technology training program experience
- Learning technologies and training management system expertise
- Asian language proficiency beyond English
