- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of program/project management experience in corporate legal departments or law firms
- Strong program management expertise with ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Asana
- Experience with legal technology platforms such as CLM, eBilling, or Matter Management
- Process improvement and operational excellence methodologies
- Strong analytical skills including KPI development and executive reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Nice to have
- PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project/process improvement certification
- Experience with IP/Trademark management applications like Anaqua, Clarivate, or CPA Global
- Experience evaluating, implementing, or scaling AI-powered legal technology
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Coupa, Tableau, Domo, or Power BI
- Experience in global, matrixed technology, gaming, entertainment, or consumer businesses
- CLOC involvement or other Legal Operations community engagement
