  • 5-8+ years as technical Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce architecture including APIs, headless commerce patterns, CDN/caching, and authentication flows
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable enterprise ecommerce platform
  • Experience with platform or service-oriented architecture in digital or ecommerce environments
  • Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to executives
  • Proven ability to define product vision and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Strong strategic thinking balancing long-term investments and near-term delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Advanced analytical skills with KPI definition and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Familiarity with SAFe/PI planning or similar scaled agile frameworks
