- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years IT Asset Management experience
- ServiceNow expertise and ITAM platforms
- ITIL practices and ISO/IEC 19770 standards knowledge
- Global inventory and logistics management in matrixed organizations
- Cross-functional team influence without direct authority
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
- ITAM certifications (CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM)
- Experience supporting sustainability initiatives in asset lifecycle programs
