  • 5+ years product management experience in AdTech
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, SSPs, and exchanges
  • Experience with OpenRTB, Prebid (client-side and server-side), and Google Open Bidding
  • Understanding of header bidding and auction mechanics across Web, Mobile, and CTV
  • Proven track record owning complex, high-scale platforms
  • Ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams on technically complex systems
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills across Programmatic, Sales, Partnerships, and Finance
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
