  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Ph.D. with 4+ years of industry experience
  • Extensive experience designing and simulating DFB lasers including InP epi design
  • Industrial experience developing DFB lasers in high-volume manufacturing and product qualification

Nice to have

  • Project leadership experience
  • Statistical analysis of photonic component test data using JMP or MATLAB/Python
