- State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification with Ohio registry
- One year of clinical experience as an aide in acute, rehab, or skilled nursing setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Ohio driver's license with proof of $100,000/$300,000 auto insurance
- BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Nice to have
