What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years in technical program management, incident management, or security operations
- Experience leading or building incident response programs at a technology company
- Demonstrated track record of turning incident data into organizational improvements
- Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and leading incident response during high-severity events, including off-hours
- Strong analytical skills in incident trend analysis and metrics reporting
- Excellent communication skills under pressure and across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience building and scaling operational processes from the ground up in unstructured environments
- Background in high-growth or security-intensive environments
- Experience with cross-functional training and security awareness initiatives
