- 8+ years in software industry
- Direct ownership of an AI or LLM-powered product in product management or engineering leadership
- Track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics
- Experience building and shipping agent products with understanding of tool use, planning loops, and multi-step reasoning
- Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
