- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep TypeScript expertise
- Significant experience with modern UI frameworks and component architecture
- Understanding of web platform fundamentals: Web Components, browser APIs, DOM
- Experience with build systems and bundlers
- Built or maintained a design system or component library used by other teams
- Track record of influencing technical decisions across teams
- Pragmatic approach to technical debt and tradeoffs
