What they ask for
Required
- Minimum 3 years hands-on PCBA or electronics assembly inspection experience
- Ability to travel 50-80%
- Familiar with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 Class 3 standards
- Familiar with staking, underfill, and conformal coating standards including IPC-610 Class 3 and NASA-STD-8739.1
- High attention to detail for compliance with quality standards
Nice to have
- Experience with process development and first-time quality efforts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to structure undefined work
- Familiarity with Certificates of Conformance, First Article Inspection, and source inspection documentation
- NASA-STD-8739.1 or IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification
