What they ask for
Required
- 12+ years in analytics, data science, or quantitative field
- At least 3 years in senior or lead role
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading analytics teams in consumer product or subscription environment
- Deep expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference
- Experience with MMM and incrementality testing
- Strong retention and subscription analytics knowledge including cohort analysis and churn decomposition
- Expert SQL skills and large-scale data warehouse experience
