What they ask for

Required

  • 12+ years in analytics, data science, or quantitative field
  • At least 3 years in senior or lead role
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience leading analytics teams in consumer product or subscription environment
  • Deep expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference
  • Experience with MMM and incrementality testing
  • Strong retention and subscription analytics knowledge including cohort analysis and churn decomposition
  • Expert SQL skills and large-scale data warehouse experience
  • Fluency with BI and experimentation platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to executive audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience with telehealth, pharmaceutical, or health subscription business models
  • Familiarity with weight loss therapeutics, clinical pathways, or subscription-based Rx fulfillment
  • Experience with AI-driven decisioning or personalization platforms
  • Python or R for statistical modeling
  • Experience with dbt, Databricks, Airflow, or similar data tooling
  • Price testing, elasticity modeling, or subscription economics research
  • Advanced degree
