Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
  • 7+ years managing technical projects in hardware, aerospace, defense, robotics, or complex engineering
  • Experience driving hardware projects through design, procurement, build, test, and delivery
  • Understanding of hardware development lifecycles including requirements, design reviews, release processes, manufacturing readiness, integration, and verification
  • Ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and program leadership
  • Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. personnel security clearance

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting radar, aerospace, defense, satellite, RF, communications, or mission-critical hardware projects
  • Experience supporting U.S. Government, DoD, Intelligence Community, or Space Force efforts
  • Familiarity with contract deliverables, requirements tracking, and government-facing project execution
  • Familiarity with hardware manufacturing, contract manufacturers, production builds, and supplier-driven schedules
  • Experience with Arena, NetSuite, Altium, or other hardware development and production systems
  • Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret personnel security clearance
  • PMP, technical project management certification, or equivalent practical experience
