What they ask for

Required

  • 10+ years applying data science to real-world problems
  • Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Physics, or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior work in robotics, autonomous systems, hardware, IoT, industrial, or manufacturing
  • Expertise in reliability/survival analysis, time-series, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, or causal inference
  • Production-quality Python and SQL
  • 3+ years as technical lead or senior IC on cross-functional teams mentoring data scientists and setting direction
  • Cross-functional partnership experience with hardware, embedded, manufacturing, and business teams
  • Experience with large-scale, messy, multi-modal operational data from sensors, telemetry, logs, and event streams
  • USA work authorization

Nice to have

  • PhD with coursework or experience in reliability engineering, survival analysis, or applied statistics
  • Familiarity with fleet operations, RaaS unit economics, or SRE metrics
  • Exposure to manufacturing quality systems, end-of-line testing, SPC, or yield analytics
