What they ask for

Required

  • 12+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or equity research experience
  • 5+ years leading teams
  • Proven track record interpreting enterprise-level P&L performance and drivers
  • Ability to build financial models and work directly with data
  • Deep expertise in consolidated P&L management, scenario planning, and financial modeling
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to present confidently to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI/GenAI tools applied to finance workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Nice to have

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA credential
  • Experience in a public, global, multi-segment organization
  • Direct exposure to executive and Board reporting and earnings analysis
  • Track record of leading finance transformation, systems implementation, or AI/automation initiatives
  • Working knowledge of EPM platforms like OneStream
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Microsoft Fabric
