12+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or equity research experience
5+ years leading teams
Proven track record interpreting enterprise-level P&L performance and drivers
Ability to build financial models and work directly with data
Deep expertise in consolidated P&L management, scenario planning, and financial modeling
Exceptional communication skills at all levels
Ability to present confidently to senior leadership
Demonstrated fluency with AI/GenAI tools applied to finance workflows
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Nice to have

MBA, CPA, or CFA credential
Experience in a public, global, multi-segment organization
Direct exposure to executive and Board reporting and earnings analysis
Track record of leading finance transformation, systems implementation, or AI/automation initiatives
Working knowledge of EPM platforms like OneStream
Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Microsoft Fabric
