- Proven delivery of anti-financial crime transformation initiatives with operating model evolution
- Practical senior-level understanding of Agile and DevOps in regulated environments
- Knowledge of global financial crime regulations including AML, KYC/CDD, fraud, ABC, and tax evasion monitoring
- Track record leading and growing engineering teams through organisational change
