5+ years backend software engineering with high-scale production services
Shipped Gen AI and agentic systems to production
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
System design, API design, and data modeling for AI-enabled services
Distributed cloud-native engineering (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

SQL/NoSQL databases
Data streaming/processing (Kafka, Flink, Spark)
Hands-on use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent)
Built, monitored, and debugged LLM and multi-agent applications
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, or equivalent
RAG architecture experience with data orchestration and vector databases
Exposure to LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
