- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
- System design, API design, and data modeling for AI-enabled services
- Distributed cloud-native engineering (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Microservices and API-driven architecture
- SQL/NoSQL databases
- Data streaming/processing (Kafka, Flink, Spark)
- Hands-on use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent)
- Built, monitored, and debugged LLM and multi-agent applications
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, or equivalent
- RAG architecture experience with data orchestration and vector databases
- Exposure to LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
