Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years delivering production systems at scale on cloud platforms
Proven experience designing and owning distributed, event-driven systems processing high volumes in production
Experience leading technical direction: architecture decisions, setting standards, growing engineers
U.S. citizenship
Expert proficiency in C#/.NET
Expert proficiency designing event-driven, microservice-based systems with failure handling, scaling and recovery
Strong experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms
Strong experience developing on cloud platforms, preferably AWS
Strong experience with observability: logging, metrics, tracing, telemetry, preferably Datadog
Deep hands-on experience with OCR or document extraction technologies
Daily use of AI coding tools with sound judgment about validating AI-generated code

Nice to have

You have ingested millions of documents per hour into a SaaS platform
Experience building document management or enterprise content management products
Experience in legal industry or B2B SaaS for regulated industries
