Required
- 15+ years government relations or legislative advocacy experience
- Experience with federal and state legislative and regulatory processes
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Communications, Economics, or related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of press freedom, intellectual property, data privacy, or market competition policy
- Experience selecting and managing external lobbying firms and consultants
- Established network with lawmakers, legislative staff, and industry peers
