- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on mechanical design, integration, and testing of spacecraft and components
- Structural architecture and payload equipment layout design
- Mechanical interface management between subsystems
- Creation of mechanical analysis reports, interface control drawings, and manufacturing documentation
- Support for developmental and qualification testing procedures
