What they ask for
Required
- B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years in strategic finance / FP&A and finance systems or transformation roles
- P&L mechanics, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation knowledge
- Hands-on experience implementing or owning an EPM platform like Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, or Planful
- Led a finance transformation initiative end-to-end, not just contributed components
- Ability to work with large datasets and produce structured outputs
- Project management skills to run multiple workstreams
- Written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented and action-biased in fast-moving environments
- Track record of using AI and automation in finance workflows
Nice to have
- SQL proficiency and BI tool experience (Looker, Amplitude)
- NetSuite or similar ERP integration experience
- Experience at a high-growth public company with recent IPO or late-stage startup (Series C+)
- Exposure to public company external reporting (Board, Audit Committee, earnings/guidance)
