Required

12+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, finance systems or transformation roles
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience implementing or administering EPM/planning platforms like Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, or Planful
Demonstrated success leading a full finance transformation initiative including planning systems implementation or scaling
Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation mechanics knowledge
Ability to work with large datasets and produce structured, decision-ready outputs
Project management capability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Detail-oriented and action-biased in fast-moving environments
Track record of using AI and automation to improve finance workflows

Nice to have

SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools like Looker or Amplitude
NetSuite or similar ERP integration experience
Experience at a high-growth public company or recent IPO
Exposure to public company external reporting cycles including Board and Audit Committee materials
