Required
- 3+ years pharmacy experience with sterile compounding exposure
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with active Ohio license
- CSPT certification or willingness to complete within first year
- Deep knowledge of USP 797 and 800
- Understanding of state and federal pharmacy laws
- 1+ years managing pharmacists and technicians
- Ability to work flexible shifts including night shift
- Windows computer proficiency
- Eligible for respirator fit testing
- Leadership capability for pharmacy teams
- Ability to lift 25 pounds minimum
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to wear compounding safety equipment for long periods
- HIPAA compliance knowledge
- FDA and state pharmacy regulation compliance
- Maintenance of clean sanitary work environment
Nice to have
- Board Certification in Sterile Compounding or willingness to complete in first year
- Designated Person or Assigned Trainer certification in sterile compounding
- Experience with non-sterile starting components
- Familiarity with electronic documentation and compounding workflow software
- Experience with regulatory inspections
- 3+ years in managerial role
