  • 3+ years pharmacy experience with sterile compounding exposure
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with active Ohio license
  • CSPT certification or willingness to complete within first year
  • Deep knowledge of USP 797 and 800
  • Understanding of state and federal pharmacy laws
  • 1+ years managing pharmacists and technicians
