What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or closely related discipline
- 10 to 15 years in new product introduction, manufacturing engineering, or hardware program management
- One generation of product carried from concept through ramp under formal phase gate framework
- Demonstrated ownership of gate and release decisions, including holding gates closed under schedule pressure
- Hands-on execution of validation and pilot builds
- Experience priming both internal factory and external contract manufacturers
- Track record driving readiness across organizations you do not control
Nice to have
- Experience with modular, containerized, or prefabricated infrastructure products
- Familiarity with liquid cooled data center hardware and rack-level cooling interfaces
