Required
- 5+ years relevant cybersecurity experience or equivalent (2+ years with advanced degree, 8+ years without)
- Deep specialization in Identity and Access Management
- Multicloud IAM architecture experience including AWS and hybrid/federated models
- Experience designing role-based and attribute-based access models
- IAM automation implementation including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification
- Coding or scripting skills in Python or equivalent languages
- API and SDK integration for identity and entitlement management
- Privileged access governance across cloud platforms
Nice to have
- 8+ years cybersecurity experience
- Senior or Consultant level experience influencing IAM architecture and standards
- Experience in financial services, payments, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform for IAM
