Build the cross-cloud infrastructure and deployment systems that let Anthropic run Claude efficiently across multiple cloud providers. Required
- Minimum 8 years building and operating production distributed systems
- Lead large-scale infrastructure projects across teams from design to production
- Run production workloads across multiple cloud providers with migration or abstraction work
- Understand cloud IAM models and networking primitives across providers
- Write production code in a general-purpose language
- Work confidently with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools
- Understand ML infrastructure and interconnects
Nice to have
- Experience shipping software through hyperscaler marketplaces or managed-model platforms
- Background in security, compliance, or data residency for regulated environments
