  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related engineering field
  • Significant experience with large-scale infrastructure or platform engineering in complex enterprise environments
  • Proven track record owning and delivering infrastructure roadmaps in on-premise or private cloud settings at scale
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data science workflows, and model lifecycle management
  • Deep understanding of compute (CPU/GPU), high-performance storage, and networking technologies for AI platforms
  • Experience running RFIs and RFPs, evaluating vendor proposals, and partnering with sourcing and finance teams
  • Ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed organization
  • Executive-level communication skills for presenting technical topics to senior leaders

Nice to have

  • Hands-on or architectural exposure to high-density, high-power AI infrastructure including cooling and power considerations
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures and their infrastructure requirements
  • Product thinking skills balancing user needs, feasibility, cost, and platform evolution
  • Experience challenging assumptions and defending design decisions with data
