What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years customer service experience (or 4-5 years for level 3, or 5+ years for level 4)
- 3-4 years sales experience (or 4-5 years for level 3, or 5+ years for level 4)
- NMLS registration under SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Work from U.S. Bank location for all scheduled days
Nice to have
- Financial services industry experience
- Experience with digital products and self-service technologies
- Ability to identify customer needs and make proactive recommendations
- Supervisory experience (level 4 only)
- Experience assisting less experienced personnel (level 2)
