  • 2-5 years guest booking, talent relations, production, journalism, podcasting, or digital media experience
  • Understanding of podcast, YouTube, and digital creator ecosystems
  • Knowledge of current events in technology, politics, public policy, media, and business
  • Strong editorial judgment for identifying resonant guests
  • Experience building professional relationships with high-profile guests and representatives
  • Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong written communication skills
