Required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related manufacturing engineering role
- Experience with Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly
- Knowledge of FMEA and Design of Experiments
- Strong background in complex manufacturing processes
- Ability to stand or walk for 8–10 hour shifts
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds
- Fine motor skills for measurement tools and assembly work
Nice to have
- High-volume manufacturing experience
- Problem-solving and analysis skills
- Experience designing cutting tools and fixtures for CNC and manual mill and lathe operations
- CNC or manual grinding experience
- Experience creating CNC programs for multi-axis mills and lathes
- Knowledge of GDT and Aerospace Mil-Specifications
- Ability to interpret complex detailed machine drawings with section views
